We are delighted to announce that the Access Classics TY Unit has been adapted to the new micro-module structure. This micro-module (“Exploring Classics”) has been developed in accordance with the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA) template and guidelines, and we wish to thank the NCCA, particularly Paul Behan, for all of their help. The micro-module can be adapted to a 10-hour or 30-hour structure and consists of three documents:
- Descriptor
- Teachers’ Manual
- Student-facing PowerPoint
To download the Descriptor and Teachers’ Manual, simply click on the images below. These are also available to download under the Transition Year micro-module tab, and the Descriptor is available through the NCCA website. The student-facing PowerPoint will be available by the end of the week. We really hope that the micro-module will be helpful in bringing Classics to your students.
